Eligibility you can defend, not a relevance score
A list of opportunities ranked by keyword similarity is a list somebody still has to read. The useful question is narrower and harder: which of these are we actually eligible for, and what would we have to be true to qualify?
How discovery works here
Source connectors
In progressFunding sources are connected under recorded terms. A source whose terms have not been accepted does not silently start ingesting.
Opportunity versions
BuiltAn opportunity that changes becomes a new version rather than an edited row, so a decision made last week still points at what it was made against.
Eligibility criteria
BuiltCriteria are recorded per pursuit with a verdict, whether they block, and the evidence behind them. An unmet blocking criterion stops a go decision rather than lowering a score.
Deterministic matching
In progressFit assessment against your organisation profile, with the rule that produced each judgement recorded alongside it.
