AwardBase is pre-production. It has no production deployment, no customers and no customer data. This page describes what the public website does today — not a future product policy, which would be a promise nobody has made yet.
What this website collects
- If you submit the contact form: your name, email address, optional organisation name and your message. These are stored so the team can read and reply to them.
- A salted hash of the network address you connected from, stored alongside a form submission and used only to limit abuse of the form. The address itself is not stored.
- Nothing else. There is no analytics provider, no advertising pixel, no session cookie on the public pages, and no third-party script of any kind.
What it does not do
- It does not track you across pages or across sites.
- It does not share, sell or transfer your details to anyone.
- It does not add you to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.
- It does not send you automated email. There is no email provider configured.
Signing in
The authenticated product sets a session cookie so you remain signed in. That cookie is necessary for the product to work and is not used for anything else.
Asking us to delete something
Write to the address below and say what you sent. Because the enquiry table is write-only by design, deletion is performed directly by a person rather than by an automated process.
Use the contact form to reach the AwardBase team.
